More than 20 Food and Wine tastings, all “seasoned” with storytelling about our city, its history and archaeological secrets.

We will become coffee experts in a local bar where the “cornetti” are homemade with love by the 70 years old “nonna”.

We will then explore the biggest local market in Italy and behave as real Romans do, discovering secrets and traditions of the families who own the stalls and tasting the best mozzarella, prosciutto, aged cheeses and “supplì“, the king of the Roman street food fried at the moment for us.

After the tasting of an organic olive oil, awarded as the best in the world in 2018, we will spot a crunchy pizza in the oldest bakery of the area, opened in 1915.

We will also have an exclusive access to the first pasta shop opened in Rome, learning how they make pasta since more than one century.

After a stop in an Apulian street food shop drinking a local wine, it will be the time for some sweetness: an amazing real gelato in a tiny hidden place, elected by the Pope as his favourite “gelateria”.
